Verónica is a transformational executive coach and leadership consultant with over 20 years of experience in global organisations such as PwC, Mondelez, and Coty.
She brings a unique blend of expertise from senior roles in Finance, Transformation, and HR, combined with a deep commitment to values-led, human leadership.
Since qualifying as a coach in 2016, Verónica has partnered with hundreds of leaders to evolve how they lead—helping them cultivate awareness, presence, and courageous action.
She founded Values Leadership Consulting to create spaces where leadership transformation leads to thriving cultures—where people, planet, and performance thrive.
