Verónica is a warm, perceptive, and deeply values-led leadership consultant and executive coach. She’s known for creating safe, transformative spaces where leaders feel seen, challenged, and inspired to grow—both personally and professionally.

With over 20 years of experience inside global organisations—including senior leadership roles at PwC, Coty, and Mondelez/Cadbury—Verónica has led commercial finance, strategy, transformation, and cultural change. She understands business from the inside out.

Her professional background is rigorous—she holds an MBA and a Chartered Management Accounting qualification. But it’s her human depth that defines her work. Having navigated leadership, burnout, motherhood, reinvention, and her own journey back to purpose, she brings empathy, clarity, and credibility to every partnership.

Her years at Cadbury—where purpose and values were truly embedded in the culture—were especially formative.
They showed her what’s possible when values are at the heart, lived with integrity, and leadership is actively nurtured and invested in.
Grateful for that experience, she’s now committed to bringing this kind of transformational development to those leaders passionate about making a difference and creating a better world.

In 2020, she founded Values Leadership Consulting to help redefine leadership—so it feels good and does good.

Verónica now lives in London with her husband and their three sons. She is committed to contributing to a world where leadership is grounded in care—for people and planet—guided by values, and helps create a future where everyone, especially the next generations, can thrive.
