Traditional leadership development courses tend to focus on equipping leaders with more knowledge and skills in the hope that these will result in improved performance. Knowledge building is important and necessary when resolving technical challenges. But in order to solve the adaptive challenges that the ever changing and ambiguous world we live in presents, leaders need the ability to understand and expand the lens through which they see the world.
Designed to help leaders unlock a new way of seeing and making sense of the world and align to their purpose and values. Our vertical leadership develop course provides an opportunity to reflect, develop self-awareness and empathy and find a more expansive way of being and connecting with self, others, and the world.
